Returns & Refund
We offer a convenient 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, giving you plenty of time to try it on and make sure it's perfect for you.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn or Unused: The item must be in the same condition you received it, with no signs of wear or tear.
- Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including any tags or inserts.
- Proof of Purchase: Having your receipt or proof of purchase will expedite the return process.
How to Make a Return
Making a return is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our friendly customer service team at services@innblac.uk to initiate the return process.
- Return Instructions: We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return your order. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee based on the original order value.
- NOTE:Please do not send back any items without first contacting us for a return authorization. Items sent back without prior notification may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it within 3 business days. We will then promptly notify you by email regarding the status of your return – whether it's approved or rejected.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a refund automatically back to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Graphic tees & Graphic hoodies
- Customized products
- Free gifts with purchase
- Buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) items
- Gift cards
Please be advised that "sales products" are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
